The Project
Project’s aims:
- Realization of a state of the art light source: the fulcrum of a new Center of Excellence built at the University of Nova Gorica.
- Use of the light source for different kind of experiments in several domains of both fundamental and applied research (e.g. pharmacology, clean energies, photocatalysis…)
- Contribute to the realisation and use of the new light source FERMI@Elettra, presently under commissioning at Sincrotrone Trieste.
- Put all the regions involved in the project on the roadmap of the European Strategy Forum on Research and Infrastructures (ESFRI).
