Project’s summary
The project is based on the joint initiative of innovation centres, scientific and technological parks, and research centers, placed in several regions of the Programme area. The activities, jointly developed by partners, are finalised to the creation of a cross border cluster for the development and realisation of innovative light sources and for their exploitation in no-profit research and development areas with relevant scientific and technological impact.
The overall cost of the project is 2.810.946,50 EUR and it will last 4 years. The project will harmonically develop at all Partners sites. It will offer the opportunity to set up a strong and lasting collaboration between the excellence centre at Elettra - Sincrotrone Trieste, within the FERMI@Elettra Project, and the new excellence centre that will be built at the University of Nova Gorica, thanks to the Programme funding.
